Se ha detectado la expresi\u00f3n de las subunidades p2x3y de manera m\u00e1s abundante la p2x7.Estas subunidades  conforman receptores funcionales en los sinaptosomas de cerebelo, como 10muestran las respuestas a a,beta meatp y la desensibi1izaci\u00f3nque muestra el receptor p2x3, y el efecto potenciador del magnesio y el del antagonista brilliant b1ueg sobre el receptor p2x7.  en las terminaciones presin\u00e1pticas existen adem\u00e1s receptores espec\u00edficos de dinucle\u00f3tidos que responden al apsa, aunque parte de dichas respuestas est\u00e1n mediadas por receptores p2x de nucle\u00f3tidos.  se ha determinado adem\u00e1s la presencia de receptores p2y presin\u00e1pticos (p2y12\/13)cuyomecanismo de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n se basa en la inhibici\u00f3n de la adeni1ato ciclasa.  el estudio de los receptores de nucle\u00f3tidos se extendi\u00f3 a un modelo celular con cultivos de c\u00e9lulas granu1aresde cerebelo, d\u00f3nde se puso de manifiesto la diversidad de los receptores presentes, as\u00ed como la expresi\u00f3n diferencial de los mismos a 10largo de los d\u00edas en cultivo. Las neuronas, cuya naturaleza  glutamat\u00e9rgica se confirmo por inmunocitoqu\u00edmica, presentan receptores p2y sensibles a nucle\u00f3tidos de adenina (p2yl y p2y13), as\u00ed como los que responden a nucle\u00f3tidos de uraci10p2y4 y p2y6. La presencia de los mismos se ha confirmado mediante an\u00e1lisis del rnam. Estos receptores presentan un  incremento en su expresi\u00f3n con el desarrollo de las neuronas, excepto el p2y4, que se expresa en menor medida en los estad\u00edos avanzados de desarrollo. en las
