En nuestro trabajo centramos la atenci\u00f3n en las funciones que ambos elementos desempe\u00f1an en la actividad f\u00edsico-deportiva fundamentalmente.  dentro de las posibles manifestaciones del ejercicio, concretamos tres tipolog\u00edas sobre las que determinamos una serie de caracter\u00edsticas que las definen, \u00e9stas son: ejercicios de resistencia aer\u00f3bica, de fuerza resistencia y de sobrecarga cr\u00f3nica.  realizamos un estudio prospectivo y experimental sobre cada una de estas tipolog\u00edas de ejercicios, con tres muestras de deportistas, llevando a cabo tomas anal\u00edticas de sangre y orina antes y despu\u00e9s de las pruebas establecidas.  con los resultados anal\u00edticos, caracterizamos las variaciones de zinc y cobre en suero, estableciendo las relaciones que se dan en la mismas con los indicadores hematol\u00f3gicos y bioqu\u00edmicos de esfuerzo f\u00edsico que obtenemos en las anal\u00edticas.  concluimos determinando que en el ejercicio se produce un descenso de las concentraciones s\u00e9rica de zinc, as\u00ed como un aumento de los niveles de cobre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
