{"id":71295,"date":"2018-03-09T23:15:55","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:15:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/preparacion-y-caracterizacion-de-materiales-de-oxicarburo-oxinitruro-y-oxicarbonitruro-de-boro-y-silicio\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:15:55","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:15:55","slug":"preparacion-y-caracterizacion-de-materiales-de-oxicarburo-oxinitruro-y-oxicarbonitruro-de-boro-y-silicio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/preparacion-y-caracterizacion-de-materiales-de-oxicarburo-oxinitruro-y-oxicarbonitruro-de-boro-y-silicio\/","title":{"rendered":"Preparaci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de materiales de oxicarburo, oxinitruro y oxicarbonitruro de boro y silicio"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Raquel De La Pe\u00f1a Alonso <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La necesidad de producir materiales adapatados a la utilizaci\u00f3n en condiciones ambientales severas, as\u00ed como a temperaturas particularmente cr\u00edticas, ha llevado al desarrollo de una amplia gama de materiales cer\u00e1micos y v\u00edtreos dotados de una elevada resistencia al choque t\u00e9rmico, \u00f3ptimas caracter\u00edsticas mec\u00e1nicas a alta temperatura, buenas resistencias a la oxidaci\u00f3n y a la corrosi\u00f3n y una gran estabilidad qu\u00edmica.  en esta tesis doctoral se lleva a cabo la s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de materiales h\u00edbridos org\u00e1nico-inorg\u00e1nicos, ormoborosiles, preparados mediante el m\u00e9todo sol-gel y utilizados como precursores para la producci\u00f3n de vidrios de oxicarburo y oxinitruro de boro y silicio. Adem\u00e1s, se pone a punto un nuevo m\u00e9todo de carbonitruraci\u00f3n de estos materiales que conduce a la obtenci\u00f3n de nuevos vidrios de oxicarburo que incorporan simult\u00e1neamente altas cantidades de carbono y nitr\u00f3geno en la red del vidrio.  los resultados obtenidos ponene de manifiesto la incorporaci\u00f3n de altas concentraciones de nitr\u00f3geno y carbono en la red v\u00edtrea que, en algunos casos, son superiores al del ox\u00edgeno. Se observa que la mayor incorporaci\u00f3n de estos \u00e1tomos se obtiene para materiales h\u00edbridos en los que se utiliza el alc\u00f3xido de silicio gamma-aminopropiltrietoxisilano, g-aps,
