Hasta el momento se conocen ,\u00e1s de 11 subtipos, y m\u00e1s de 50 tipos distintos de isoformas de pdes. La s\u00e9ptima de estas familias (pde7) es una fosfodiesterasa espec\u00edfica de c-amp, codificada por un solo gen. La pde7 est\u00e1 distribuida en el m\u00fasculo esquel\u00e9tico, coraz\u00f3n, bazo, linfocitos t y b, ri\u00f1on, etc. La inhibici\u00f3n selectiva de pde7 supone el incremento de los niveles de c-amp, y de esta forma se bloquea la respuesta autoinmune, disminuyendo los procesos inflamatorios. en este trabajo se aborda la s\u00edntesis de derivados de dos sistemas bic\u00edclicos fusionados diferentes, que pueden tener actividad farmacol\u00f3gica como inhibidores de pde7.  1\u00c2\u00ba.- Derivados de quinazolinas: partiendo de quinazolonas comerciales o no, se analizar\u00e1n diferentes reacciones para llegar a derivados de la forma se\u00f1alada en la figura 1. 2\u00c2\u00ba.- Derivados de tienopirimidinas: se sintetizar\u00e1n diferentes tieno[2,3-d]-pirimidinas
