Jimeno Do\u00f1aque <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Et-743 representa un ejemplo demostrativo de una nueva entidad qu\u00edmica de origen marino con actividad antitumoral en pacientes con tumores mesenquimales resistentes a terapia convencional. La aproximaci\u00f3n experimental del presente trabajo parte de aspectos mecan\u00edsticos que demuestran un impacto farmacodin\u00e1mico en procesos de trascripci\u00f3n as\u00ed como una relaci\u00f3n \u00fanica entre la funcionalidad de la maquinaria de reparaci\u00f3n de adn (fra) yla sensibilidad al compuesto en modelos experimentales de tumores s\u00f3lidos. Esta correlaci\u00f3n (m\u00e1s eficiencia de reparaci\u00f3n de adn por escisi\u00f3n de nucleotidos y  mayor sensibilidad a et-743) es la opuesta a la aplicable a otros f\u00e1rmacos que interaccionan con el adn y ofrece por lo tanto un modelo de caracterizaci\u00f3n de sensibilidad \/ resistencia a et-743 en el escenario cl\u00ednico. Adicionalmente los datos de la fase 11pivotal en pacientes con sarcoma de partes blandas en  reca\u00edda o resistentes a terapias convencionales demuestran que este f\u00e1rmaco de origen marino es capaz de inducir respuestas objetivas y control tumoral de larga duraci\u00f3n en una proporci\u00f3n cl\u00ednicamente relevante de pacientes. la sensibilidad cl\u00ednica a et-743 confiere diferencias extremas en historia natural  (supervivencia) entre los pacientes sensibles vs resistentes al f\u00e1rmaco. esta evidencia anticipa la posibilidad de identificar marcadores moleculares correlacionados con la respuesta cl\u00ednica a et-743 y constituy\u00f3 la base para implementar un proyecto experimental en dos segmentos de investigaci\u00f3n,  destinado a identificar marcadores moleculares de respuesta \/ resistencia con objeto de proponer modelos de tratamiento a medida.  el primer segmento de estudio experimental se basa en la caracterizaci\u00f3n de los perfiles de expresi\u00f3n gen\u00e9ticos (peg) basales y din\u00e1micos (tras exposici\u00f3n a concentraciones farmacol\u00f3gicas de et-743) en un panel de l\u00edneas celulares humanas de sarcomas explantadas de pacientes no tratado<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Farmacodinamia molecular de et-743, un compuestos antitumoral de origen marino, en sarcomas.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Farmacodinamia molecular de et-743, un compuestos antitumoral de origen marino, en sarcomas. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 Jos\u00e9 M.
