b\u00fasqueda de nuevas estructuras con actividad neurol\u00e9ptica constituye un tema de gran inter\u00e9s dentro de los programas de dise\u00f1o y descubrimiento de f\u00e1rmacos que desarrolla la comunidad cient\u00edfica.%&Amp;\/en esta memoria se describen las s\u00edntesis y caracterizaci\u00f3n de aminometilazabutirofenonas y sus estudios de afinidad por receptores dopamin\u00e9rgicos d2 y serotonin\u00e9rgicos 5ht2a y 5ht2c.%&Amp;\/hemos desarrollado diferentes procedimientos sint\u00e9ticos que conducen a la obtenci\u00f3n de distintas aminoazabutirofenonas en series heteroc\u00edclicas del tipo cinolina,quinlina e indol.%&Amp;\/el estudio farmacol\u00f3gico de estas nuevas familias de aminobutirofenonas ha revelado compuestos con una excelente afinidad por receptores 5ht2a y 5ht2c de serotonina y d2 de dopamina.Merece una menci\u00f3n especial el qf 3008b, el cual destaca por su alta afinidad por los receptores 5ht2a y su perfil de potencial
