Glutamicum a diferentes temperaturas; adem\u00e1s de utilizar como testigo de esta respuesta los genes dnak y groel a diferentes tiempos de inducci\u00f3n mediante hibridaciones tipo northern. as\u00ed se caracteriz\u00f3 el patr\u00f3n transcripcional de estos genes y se definieron las condiciones en las que se alcanza el m\u00e1ximo de expresi\u00f3n a nivel transcripcional (40 minutos a 40\u00c2\u00bac).  para observar el efecto de la temperatura a nivel tranduccional se obtuvieron extractos proteicos de c. Glutamicum a distintos tiempos de inducci\u00f3n, en los que se observaron tres bandas (95 kda, 70 kda y 60 kda) que incrementan su intensidad con el transcurso de la inducci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica. Mediante anticuerpos policlonales anti-dnak y anti-groel se identificaron las bandas de 70 y 60 kda como dnak y groel  respectivamente. As\u00ed mismo, se constat\u00f3 que en ambos casos tras 60 minutos de inducci\u00f3n estas prote\u00ednas alcanzaban su m\u00e1ximo nivel de expresi\u00f3n.  utilizando 40\u00c2\u00bac y 60 minutos como condiciones de inducci\u00f3n, se localizaron nuevos genes inducibles por calor a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis del proteoma de c. Glutamicum. As\u00ed, mediante el uso de elcectroforesis bidimensional se identificaron como inducidas las prote\u00ednas: groel1, groel2, dnak, clpb y grpe las cuales son chaperones moleculares, y poxb que es una piruvato deshidrogenasa. Tambi\u00e9n se observ\u00f3 como una peptidil-prolil cis-trans isomerasa (ppia) era reprimida por el aumento de temperatura. En este an\u00e1lisis del proteoma se utiliz\u00f3 la cepa de c. Glutamicum atcc 13032 existente en inbiotec y la cepa cuyo genoma fue secuenciado por la compa\u00f1\u00eda d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
