Para este estudio se han empleado sondas el\u00e9ctricas (sonda doble de langmuir), y se ha determinado la temperatura y la densidad electr\u00f3nica en funci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n, intensidad de corriente, flujo de gas y posici\u00f3n de la sonda. Se han aplicado la siguientes t\u00e9cnicas espectrom\u00e9tricas (las dos primeras con resoluci\u00f3n temporal):  1,- espectrometr\u00eda de masas, para el estudio de especies estables mayoritarias e iones.  2,- espectroscop\u00eda dispersiva de emisi\u00f3n en el visible, para el estudio de especies inestables y de n2 en el interior de la regi\u00f3n luminiscente del plasma.  3,- espectroscop\u00eda de absorci\u00f3n ftir.  los resultados observados se comparan con las predicciones de distintas versiones de un modelo cin\u00e9tico \u00fanico, que consideran los procesos esenciales que pueden tener lugar en el interior del plasma.
