Ha sido realizada en el departamento de qu\u00edmica inorg\u00e1nica de la facultat de qu\u00edmica de la universitat de val\u00e9ncia, espa\u00f1a. Bajo la direcci\u00f3n del catedr\u00e1tico de universidad miguel julve olcina.  el objetivo es la s\u00edntesis de compuestos polinucleares nuevos que presenten estructuras cristalinas originales y propiedades magn\u00e9ticas interesantes y previsibles. Para alcanzar dicho objetivo, la qu\u00edmica de coordinaci\u00f3n es una herramienta muy apropiada. Las propiedades magn\u00e9ticas dependen, entre otros factores, de la naturaleza de los precursores y de su disposici\u00f3n en el seno de la estructura resultante.  este trabajo de tesis se encuentra dividido en tres cap\u00edtulos en funci\u00f3n del ligando puente.  en el primer cap\u00edtulo, se presentan y discuten los compuestos polinucleares de cobre(ii) con dicianamida (dca) que se han sintetizado. En la primera parte del mismo, figura la preparaci\u00f3n, estructura cristalina y propiedades magn\u00e9ticas de tres complejos heterol\u00e9pticos de cobre(ii) con puentes dicianamida, [cu(bpca)(h2o)(dca)]2 (1), [bpca = bis(2-piridilcarbonil)amidato],   [cu(bpy)(dca)2]n (2) (bpy = 2,2\u00c2\u00bf-bipiridina), [cu(bpm)(dca)4]n (3), (bpm = 2,2\u00c2\u00bf-bipirimidina). adicionalmente, se ha investigado el comportamiento magn\u00e9tico del compuesto laminar [cu(phen)(dca)2] (4), (phen = 1,10-fenantrolina). Es importante destacar que en el complejo 1 se observa un nuevo modo de coordinaci\u00f3n para el ligando dca. La segunda parte versa sobre la preparaci\u00f3n, estructura cristalina y propiedades magn\u00e9ticas de tres cadenas diferentes de cobre(ii) de f\u00f3rmula [cu(pyim)(h2o)(dca)]n(no3)n (5), [pyim = 2-(2-piridil)imidazol], [cu(dpa)(dca)]n (6), (dpa = 2,2\u00c2\u00bf-dipiridilamina) y [cu(bpa)(dca)2]n (7), [bpa = 1,2-bis-(4-piridil)etano], utilizando ligandos heteroc\u00edclicos nitr\u00f3geno dadores.
