{"id":71542,"date":"2018-03-09T23:16:12","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:16:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/evaluacion-de-la-influencia-de-la-adicion-de-cobre-y-estano-en-la-resistencia-a-la-corrosion-de-aceros-inoxidables-austena%c2%adticos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:16:12","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:16:12","slug":"evaluacion-de-la-influencia-de-la-adicion-de-cobre-y-estano-en-la-resistencia-a-la-corrosion-de-aceros-inoxidables-austena%c2%adticos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ingenieria-y-tecnologia-quimicas\/evaluacion-de-la-influencia-de-la-adicion-de-cobre-y-estano-en-la-resistencia-a-la-corrosion-de-aceros-inoxidables-austena%c2%adticos\/","title":{"rendered":"Evaluaci\u00f3n de la influencia de la adici\u00f3n de cobre y esta\u00f1o en la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n de aceros inoxidables austen\u00edticos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Monica Carboneras Chamorro <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado el comportamiento frente a la corrosi\u00f3n en diversos medios de extensa aplicaci\u00f3n industrial (\u00e1cido n\u00edtrico, fosf\u00f3rico, clorh\u00eddrico y sulf\u00farico) as\u00ed como en ambientes marinos (medios clorurados) de aceros inoxidables austen\u00edticos aisi (18cr8ni) y aisi 316 (17cr11ni2mo) modificados en su composici\u00f3n por la adici\u00f3n de porcentajes variables de cu y\/o sn, elementos que actualmente son eliminados de la chatarra empleada para la fabricaci\u00f3n industrial del material hasta los l\u00edmites que las normas establecen. seg\u00fan los estudios realizados la presencia de dichos aleantes mejora sustancialmente el comportamiento en \u00e1cido sulf\u00farico, especialmente en el caso del cobre por su deposici\u00f3n en forma de cu met\u00e1lico sobre la superficie corro\u00edda, mientas que no altera de un modo significativo la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n en \u00e1cido n\u00edtrico, fosf\u00f3rico y clorh\u00eddrico. Asimismo se ha determinado que estos aceros presentan un elevado grado de protecci\u00f3n frente al inicio de la corrosi\u00f3n por picadura en medios clorurados, aunque si variaciones ambientales indujeran el ataque localizado disminuir\u00eda notablemente su resistencia puesto que la capacidad de crecimiento de las picaduras formadas ser\u00eda elevada y su capacidad de repasivaci\u00f3n baja. En particular, la adici\u00f3n de cu favorece la nucleaci\u00f3n de picaduras pero tiene a inhibir su crecimiento por la deposici\u00f3n de compuestos de cu de tipo oxicloruro en las regiones externas de la picadura. Por el contrario, aunque el sn dificulta la nucleaci\u00f3n de picaduras, ejerce un efecto m\u00e1s negativo ya que favorece su propagaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
