La metodolog\u00eda ha sido ajustada a las caracter\u00edsticas naturales de la provincia de gipuzkoa y a la informaci\u00f3n (cartogr\u00e1fica y de otros tipos) disponible en dicho territorio.  esta metodolog\u00eda contempla los tres peligros naturales m\u00e1s habituales en el territorio mencionado: inundaciones fluviales, incendios forestales y movimientos de ladera.  el peligro de movimientos de ladera es evaluado mediante un modelo cualitativo. el peligro de incendios se obtiene a partir de simulaciones m\u00faltiples sobre la base de escenarios y situaciones de peligro. Finalmente, aplicando un modelo hidrometeorol\u00f3gico seguido de uno hidr\u00e1ulico, se calcula el peligro de inundaci\u00f3n fluvial.  adem\u00e1s, se combinan, de manera ponderada, los mapas derivados de los tres peligros considerados, obteni\u00e9ndose un mapa de peligro natural m\u00faltiple.  la metodolog\u00eda que se propone hace un uso intensivo de herramientas sig, (fundamentalmente raster), y de otros tipos (cad, modelos hidrol\u00f3gicos, hidr\u00e1ulicos, etc).  dicha metodolog\u00eda ha sido aplicada en una zona de gipuzkoa: el valle de oiartzun. De esta forma, se ha llevado a cabo una evaluaci\u00f3n de la susceptibilidad del valle a los tres peligros contemplados, gener\u00e1ndose una serie de mapas de peligro y otros mapas de
