Angeles Carmona Heredia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La especificidad de las conexiones cerebrales necesita la actuaci\u00f3n de mecanismos dependientes da actividad , cruciales para la maduraci\u00f3n y el refinamiento sin\u00e1ptico.En el cerebro en desarrollo, antes de la emergencia de la actividad evocada, se dan patrones de actividad espont\u00e1nea coordinada,muy importantes para la construcci\u00f3n de los circuitos maduros.Las neurotrofinas son una familia de prote\u00ednas esenciales para la supervivencia neuronal y el desarrollo del sistema nervioso.La neurotrofina bdnf, mediante la interaci\u00f3n con su receptor trkb, regula adem\u00e1s la neurotransmisi\u00f3n y la plasticidad sin\u00e1ptica.  en esta tesis se ha estudiado la funci\u00f3n de la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n bdnf\/trkb in vivo en la actividad espont\u00e1nea neuronal e incrementa la maduraci\u00f3n de la neurotransmisi\u00f3n gaba\u00e9rgica excitadora.En el hipocampo trkb-\/- juvenil observamos un marcado aumento de la excitabilidad intr\u00ednseca de los circuitos asociado a una fuerte disminuci\u00f3n dela eficacia de la inhibici\u00f3n bdnf\/trkb controla los niveles y la sincron\u00eda de las redes espont\u00e1neas neuronales mediante la regulaci\u00f3n de la nuerotransmisi\u00f3n gaba\u00e9rgica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Papel funcional de bdnf\/trkb en la actividad espont\u00e1nea del hipocampo en desarrollo.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Papel funcional de bdnf\/trkb en la actividad espont\u00e1nea del hipocampo en desarrollo. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0 M.
