Los mecanismos que gobiernan la evoluci\u00f3n microestructural del material varistor dependen fuertemente de las reacciones que tienen lugar en el sistema ternario durante el ciclo t\u00e9rmico de sinterizaci\u00f3n, que, de este modo, constituyen el eje central sobre el que se configura la microestructura funcional del varistor. El estudio de los distintos procesos implicados permite entonces abordar el problema del control de dicha evoluci\u00f3n microestructural y por tanto de la repuesta el\u00e9ctrica final del
