doctoral de <strong> Elisa Mar\u00eda Barea Mart\u00ednez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente memoria de tesis doctoral pretende conseguir un doble objetivo: i) de un lado, realizar una aproximaci\u00f3n inorg\u00e1nica a la qu\u00edmica supramolecular de los calixarenos a trav\u00e9s de compuestos de coordinaci\u00f3n c\u00edclicos que act\u00faan como ligandos de iones met\u00e1licos duros y como receptores de aniones; ii) y, de otro lado, intentar el acercamiento a una qu\u00edmica del estado s\u00f3lido \u00abblanda\u00bb mediante reacciones s\u00f3lido-s\u00f3lido, transiciones de fase s\u00f3lido-s\u00f3lido y fen\u00f3menos superficiales de adsorci\u00f3n s\u00f3lido-gas y s\u00f3lido-l\u00edquido en compuestos de coordinaci\u00f3n polim\u00e9ricos.  a continuaci\u00f3n, se exponen los resultados de la s\u00edntesis, caracterizaci\u00f3n estructural, estudio de las propiedades espectrosc\u00f3picas, t\u00e9rmicas, magn\u00e9ticas y receptoras tanto de compuestos de coordinaci\u00f3n polinucleares c\u00edclicos discretos como de pol\u00edmeros bi- y tridimensionales.  la estrategia de s\u00edntesis dise\u00f1ada para la obtenci\u00f3n de los compuestos de coordinaci\u00f3n mencionados anteriormente se basa en procesos de autoasociaci\u00f3n espont\u00e1nea entre los ligandos pirimid\u00ednicos simples 2-hidroxipirimidina (2-hpymo), 4,6-dimetil-2-hidroxipirimidina (2-hdmpymo), 2-hidroxi-5-nitropirimidina (2-hnitropymo) y 4-hidroxipirimidina (4-hpymo) e iones met\u00e1licos o entidades met\u00e1licas que presenten una geometr\u00eda adecuada.  as\u00ed, por ejemplo, la combinaci\u00f3n de iones met\u00e1licos planocuadrados cis-diaminodiacuapaladio(ii) con dos posiciones bloqueadas -donde la diamina es el ligando quiral r,r-1,2-diaminociclohexano (r,r-dach) o s,s-1,2-diaminociclohexano (s,s-dach)- y derivados n-pirimidinolato simples que proporcionen \u00e1ngulos de enlace de 120\u00c2\u00ba -tales como la 2-hpymo, 4-hpymo y 2-hdmpymo- conduce a la formaci\u00f3n de especies c\u00edclicas de tipo metalocalix[n]areno (n=4, 6).  de esta forma, se han obtenido metalocalix[4]arenos del tipo [a2pdl]4(no3)4
