Asi:  capitulo i. Se comparan los resultados obtenidos en la determinacion de amitriptilina e imipramina en sueros utilizando un espectrotofotometro convencional y uno de diodos. Capitulo ii. La espectrofotometria de derivadas, se utiliza para la determinacion de amitriptilina y perfanacina en productos farmaceuticos. Capitulo iii.  mediante regresion lineal multiple se resuelve la mezcla de amitriptilina- perfenacina-unipramina en sueros.  capitulo iv. Se propone una modificacion al metodo de los espectros cocientes, utilizando espectros normalizados como divisores. Asimismo se aplica una nueva metodolog\u00eda que aplica la regresion lineal multiple a la determinacion de metales, en el capitulo v. Capitulo vi.  se aplica la regresion lineal multiple y en minimos cuadrados parciales a la polarografia de pulso diferencial. Capitulo vii. Basandose en la construccion de espectros globales y por regresion en componentes principales se determinan distintos farmacos. Se utilizan metodos cineticos para la determinacion de tierras raras y pesticidas, en los capitulos vii y ix, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
