Es uno de los principales cultivos del sudeste espa\u00f1ol, bien adaptado a las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas de la costa mediterr\u00e1nea, representando una importante fuente de riqueza para dichas \u00e1reas de producci\u00f3n. El desarrollo de nuevas variedades apirenas y mejor adaptadas a las condiciones de cultivo, de gran valor a\u00f1adido, est\u00e1 estimulando constantemente el inter\u00e9s del mercado. Sin embargo, existen pocos estudios que aborden su potencial de conservaci\u00f3n en \u00f3ptimas condiciones.  las bayas de uva de mesa muestran un comportamiento respiratorio no clim\u00e1tico con baja actividad fisiol\u00f3gica y elevada sensibilidad a la deshidrataci\u00f3n, sobre todo del rasp\u00f3n, y al ataque f\u00fangico, principalmente por botrytis cinerea pers. Hasta el momento el \u00fanico procedimiento industrial para controlar el desarrollo f\u00fangico es el co2 aplicado en fumigaciones o en generadores. sin embargo el so2 presenta algunos problemas en su aplicaci\u00f3n. Por ello se pretende encontrar una alternativa fiable, de f\u00e1cil empleo a nivel industrial y que mantenga la calidad de la  uva hasta los requerimientos comerciales exigidos a cada variedad. Entre dichas alternativas se han ensayado en el presente trabajo las t\u00e9cnicas de adm\u00f3sfera controlada (ac) y modificada antif\u00fangicos naturales hexanal, hexenal y jasmonato de metilo (ja-me) durante la  frigoconservaci\u00f3n.  las variedades estudiadas durante tres campa\u00f1as consecutivas han sido el cv.
