conjunto de is\u00f3meros diferencados por la posici\u00f3n espacial de los \u00e1tomos de cloro, compuesto principalmente por los is\u00f3meros alfa, gamma y delta hch, el is\u00f3mero gamma hch, conocido com\u00fanmente como lindano, tiene propiedades insecticidas y ha sido empleado extensamente de forma individual o mezclado con los dem\u00e1s is\u00f3meros, para el control de plagas en la agricultura.Su amplio uso , inadecuado vertido de los residuos durante su producci\u00f3n , su elevada persistencia en el ambiente y toxicidad, han generado problemas de contaminaci\u00f3n de suelos.  la presente tesis tiene como objetivo general evaluar diferentes estrategias de biorrecuperaci\u00f3n de los suelos contaminados con hch, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de lodos  anaerobios y hongos de podredumbre de la madera.  los lodos anaerobios se emplearon para tratar suelos contaminados en fase suspensi\u00f3n.El suelo se suspendi\u00f3 en una fase l\u00edquida con el fin de minimizar las limitaciones por trasferencia de mater\u00eda.Los resultados de esta investigaci\u00f3n permitieron concluir que los lodos anaerobios tienen una alta capaciadad para degradar los diferentes is\u00f3meros de hch, siendo gamma hch el m\u00e1s biodegradable, del cual se logra una completa degradaci\u00f3n con 5 d\u00edas de tratamiento , seguido de alfa hch que se desgrada totalmente despu\u00e9s de 15 d\u00edas de tratamiento y los m\u00e1s recalcitrales fueron beta y delta hch con cerca de 50 d\u00edas.Los efectos del tipo de sustrato , la concentraci\u00f3n de biomasa de lodos y la toxicidad de los contaminantes sobre la actividad de los lodos tambi\u00e9n fueron analizados y se observ\u00f3 que estos tres factores afectan significativamente la eficiencia de biodegradaci\u00f3n.Sustratos cmplejos como el almid\u00f3n incrementan la degradaci\u00f3n, sobre el empleo de agv, adem\u00e1s incrementando la concentraci\u00f3n de biomasa, disminuye la toxicidad
