La primera se trata del marco te\u00f3rico que pretende delimitar y vincular los t\u00e9rminos y establecer relaciones , reuniendo las propuestas en un modelo te\u00f3rico e hip\u00f3tesis a contrastar. La segunda parte est\u00e1 centrada en un estudio emp\u00edrico cuantitativo sobre una muestra de empresas espa\u00f1olas de las industrias minerales, a partir de la metodolog\u00eda pls.  como conclusi\u00f3n principal corroboramos que la proactividad en gesti\u00f3n medioambiental y el rendimiento organizativo se relacionan a trab\u00e9s de variables intermedias, pero no de forma directa. Las fuentes de aprendizaje internas, y las externas en combinaci\u00f3n con las  internas, se han revelado como una de estas variables mediadoras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
