Siguiendo la misma linea, el presente trabajo pretende ampliar la descripci\u00f3n de dicho regul\u00f3n a otras familias del dominio bacteria: geobacter sulfurreducens, como representante del grupo desulfuromonas, perteneciente a la subdivisi\u00f3n delta de las proteobacterias: fusobacterium nucleatum, del phylum fusobacteria; microorganismos pertenecientes a la clase alfa de proteobacterias y bacterias gram positivas.  en primer lugar, se procedi\u00f3 a determinar las cajas de uni\u00f3n a lexa de los microorganismos g.Sulfurreducens y f.Nucleatum, para lo cual se clonaron y secuenciaron sus respectivos genes lexa. Tras sobreexpresar y purificar las respectivas prote\u00ednas se procedi\u00f3 a realizar ensayos de retraso electrofor\u00e9tico y de footprinting, con lo que se definieron ambos motivos de uni\u00f3n a lexa: ggtt n2 c n4 g n3 acc para g.Sulfurreducens y tgtatc n12 taca para f.Nucleatum.  a continuaci\u00f3n, se estudi\u00f3 in silico la distribuci\u00f3n de los motivos descritos en cada genoma. En ambos casos el \u00fanico gen, a parte del lexa, que result\u00f3 estar bajo control de la prote\u00edna lexa el fen dinb. En g.Sulfurreducens el gen reca, adem\u00e1s de no poseer el motivo lexa y de no unirse a dicha prote\u00edna, present\u00f3 una expresi\u00f3n constitutiva frente al da\u00f1o en el dna. por el contrario, el gen reca de f.Nucleatum es inducible por lesiones en el dna aunque no est\u00e1 regulado directamente por lexa.  una vez descritos estos dos microorganismos se abord\u00f3 el estudio de microorganismos pertenecientes a la clase alfa de las proteobacterias y a las bacterias gram positivas. Dado que las cajas lexa de estos microorganismos ya se conoc\u00edan, se procedi\u00f3 a buscar dichos motivos en sus genomas. Una vez analizados los resultados biocomputaiconales, se procedi\u00f3 en cada caso a validar dichos resultados experimentalmente escogiendo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
