{"id":71957,"date":"2018-03-09T23:16:42","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:16:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-e-influencia-que-ejerce-el-aminoacido-triptofano\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:16:42","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:16:42","slug":"estudio-e-influencia-que-ejerce-el-aminoacido-triptofano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/estudio-e-influencia-que-ejerce-el-aminoacido-triptofano\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio e influencia que ejerce el amino\u00e1cido tript\u00f3fano"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Javier Cubero Juan ez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A partir de la cronobiolog\u00eda: ciencia que estudia los ritmos biol\u00f3gicos. la investigaci\u00f3n realizada en esta tesis doctoral, ha consistido en el estudio y la influencia que ejerce el amin\u00f3acido tript\u00f3fano, existen en la leche materna, sobre la aparici\u00f3n del ritmo sue\u00f1o\/vigilia en ni\u00f1os lactantes. se ha observado, que dicho amin\u00f3acido en la leche materna, mantiene diferentes niveles a lo largo de un periodo de 24 horas, lo cual es determinante y necesario para la s\u00edntesis de la hormona melatonina, marcador de los ritmos vitales y con total importancia para un crecimiento sano.  complementando la experiencia humana, se ha trabajado con animales de laboratorio, con h\u00e1bitos diurnos y caracter\u00edsticas de desarrollo similares a los lactantes. tras su tratamiento con tript\u00f3fano se ha estudiado las posibles modificaciones de la hormona melatonina y su influencia sobre la funci\u00f3n hipn\u00f3tica e inmune ya que ambas se encuentran interrelacionadas.  en este modelo animal los resultados obtenidos han revelado la influencia que ejerce dicho amino\u00e1cido a trav\u00e9s de la hormona melatonina, sobre la funci\u00f3n fagoc\u00edtica de las c\u00e9lulas de sistema inmune ante el ataque de una part\u00edcula extra\u00f1a al organismo. Adem\u00e1s, se ha podido comprobar la acci\u00f3n que ejerce el tript\u00f3fano, sobre la consolidaci\u00f3n de reposo durante el periodo nocturno, en las primeras etapas de la vida, lo cual es imprescindible para un \u00f3ptimo desarrollo.  por lo tanto, se pone de manifiesto el beneficio de un ritmo diario en tript\u00f3fano en la leche materna, el cual se encuentra elevado durante el
