{"id":72034,"date":"2018-03-09T23:16:46","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:16:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/aplicacion-de-metodos-microbiologicos-en-la-deteccion-de-residuos-de-antimicrobianos-en-la-leche-de-oveja\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T23:16:46","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T23:16:46","slug":"aplicacion-de-metodos-microbiologicos-en-la-deteccion-de-residuos-de-antimicrobianos-en-la-leche-de-oveja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/aplicacion-de-metodos-microbiologicos-en-la-deteccion-de-residuos-de-antimicrobianos-en-la-leche-de-oveja\/","title":{"rendered":"Aplicaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9todos microbiol\u00f3gicos en la detecci\u00f3n de residuos de antimicrobianos en la leche de oveja."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Ana Montero Alonso <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presencia de residuos de sustancias antimicrobianas en la leche puede ocasionar problemas debe el punto de vista de la salud p\u00fablica (alergias, trastornos digestivos, resistencias a medicamentos, etc) adem\u00e1s de ser la causa de interferencias en procesos de fermentaci\u00f3n d ela industria l\u00e1ctea.  ante la posible falta de fiabilidad de los m\u00e9todos para la detecci\u00f3n de inhibidores en la leche de oveja, el escaso n\u00famero de trabajos efectuados en esta especie y los inconvenientes que originan la presencia de sustancias inhibidoreas, tanto en los consumidores como para los procesos tecnol\u00f3gicos, se plante\u00f3 la necesidad de realizar un estudio sobre un m\u00e9todo espec\u00edfico de cribado par la detecci\u00f3n de inhibidores (eclipse (r) 100 ov), y la aplicaci\u00f3n de una t\u00e9cnica multirresiduo (sistema microbiol\u00f3gico multiplaca) para la identificaci\u00f3n preliminar de residuos de antimicrobianos en la leche de oveja.  el m\u00e9todo eclipse(r), es una t\u00e9cnica microbiol\u00f3gica de difusi\u00f3n en agar, en el que se encuentran esporas de bacillus stearothermophillus var calidolactis c953, con un indicador \u00e1cido-base. La leche se coloca en los pocilos de la microplaca y tras la incubaci\u00f3n, se procede a la interprestaci\u00f3n del resultado. En el caso de que la leche no contenga residuos de inhibidores, se producir\u00e1 el desarrollo del microorganismo y aparer\u00e1 un cambio en la coloraci\u00f3n del indicador \u00e1cido-base presente en el medio, y el color azul inicial pasar\u00e1 a amarillo. Si existen inhibidores no se manifestar\u00e1 el cambio de coloraci\u00f3n.  el smmp es un m\u00e9todo microbiol\u00f3gico que detecta de una forma selectiva la presencia de residuos de diferentes grupos de antimicrobianos en la leche.
