La l\u00f3gica publicitaria del discurso pol\u00edtico, cuando \u00e9ste se canaliza por dos cauces complementarios: el period\u00edstico (de ra\u00edz esencialmente informativa) y el propagand\u00edstico (esencialmente persuasivo, cuya principal huella, hoy, nos llega por boca de ese expansivo y creciente marketing pol\u00edtico). La terminolog\u00eda del an\u00e1lisis dafo ha ayudado a articular y estructurar los bloques tem\u00e1ticos de la tesis: amenazas comunicativas al devenir democr\u00e1tico; y oportunidades de la mercadotecnia para el enriquecimiento de la democracia.  preguntas de investigaci\u00f3n. \u00c2\u00bfest\u00e1 m\u00e1s protegida nuestra condici\u00f3n de consumidores que nuestra condici\u00f3n de ciudadanos (de consumidores pol\u00edticos)? \u00c2\u00bfpor qu\u00e9 el escenario pol\u00edtico desaprovecha lo mejor del mercantil? \u00c2\u00bfpor qu\u00e9 parece quedarse con lo m\u00e1s trivial y nimio sin asumir otras posibilidades que s\u00ed podr\u00edan repercutir en la salvaguarda del ciudadano y, en consecuencia, en la profundizaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica?  conclusiones. El servicio postventa de la pol\u00edtica se constituye en un valor a\u00f1adido del mercado pol\u00edtico (valor asumido por la oferta y reivindicado por la demanda), que repercutir\u00eda en la calidad total del sistema democr\u00e1tico. la educaci\u00f3n c\u00edvica, la cultura democr\u00e1tica resultar\u00e1 definitoria para el enriquecimiento cualitativo de partidos y ciudadan\u00eda, de representantes y representados.
