manufactureras del municipio barinas del estado barinas, venezuela, a partir de la identificaci\u00f3n de los valores b\u00e1sicos que los directivos han implementado en sus empresas.  igualmente, se obtiene informaci\u00f3n acerca de los valores de los trabajadores que contribuyen a sustentar la cultura organizacional marcada por los empresarios. adicionalmente se presenta una aproximaci\u00f3n a un tipo de cultura organzacional de las pymes estudiadas.  el estudio emp\u00edrico consisti\u00f3 en la aplicaci\u00f3n de dos encuestas, una dirigida a los empresarios y otra a los trabajadores de las empresas seleccionadas seg\u00fan una muestra al azar.  los valores b\u00e1sicos, comunes al conjunto de las empresas, que se encontraron en el estudio emp\u00edrico fueron: el valor de la calidad, el de la satisfacci\u00f3n al cliente, el de la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n y los valores asociados a la concepci\u00f3n de los recursos humanos correspondiente a la teor\u00eda x de mcgregor.  las culturas organizacionales de las empresas se sit\u00faan entre la cultura reactiva y la cultura de previsi\u00f3n en la tipolog\u00eda de ansoff.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
