proyecto de tesis doctoral tiene como objetivo principal la s\u00edntesis de nuevos antagonistas adenos\u00ednicos con elevada potencia y, al mismo tiempo, selectividad frente a los subtipos de receptores adenos\u00ednicos a1 y a2a.  en funci\u00f3n de la correlaci\u00f3n espacial de la estructura qu\u00edmica del compuesto antagonista dpcpx se dise\u00f1\u00f3 la mol\u00e9cula objetivo que se basa en un sistema pirido[2,3-b][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]piraz\u00ednico.  como resultado del trabajo se ha realizado una nueva ruta sint\u00e9tica para la obtenci\u00f3n de los compuestos tric\u00edclicos mediante el uso de hidrazidas y se han sintetizado 56 productos finales, algunos de los cuales presentan interesantes constantes de inhibici\u00f3n sobre los subtipos de receptores
