Se han analizado sobre la base de un mecanismo de transferencia de carga similar al de resonancia raman suponiendo que las intensidades y su dependencia con el potencial de electrodo est\u00e1n determinadas por las propiedades electr\u00f3nicas de la mol\u00e9cula en su estado fundamental y en el estado de transferencia de carga. Este estado se origina por transferencia fotoinducida de un electr\u00f3n, desde el metal al adsorbato, por lo que en esta \u00faltima especie las propiedades deben ser similares a las del radical ani\u00f3n de la mol\u00e9cular.  el mecanismo de transferencia de carga ha sido capaz de explicar la intensificaci\u00f3n selectiva de las bandas de piridazina, pirimidina y uracilo as\u00ed como su comportamiento con la variaci\u00f3n del potencial de electrodo. Se ha dejado establecido que el mecanismo sers-ct se encuentra sometido a las imas reglas de selecci\u00f3n relevantes en resonancia raman tanto para la intensificaci\u00f3n selectiva de las bandas vibracionales como para las que rigen las transiciones electr\u00f3nicas derivadas del mecanismo de radiaci\u00f3n dipolo el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
