Esther <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El primer objetivo de esta tesis es la comparaci\u00f3n de los patrones de expresi\u00f3n de animales de la raza bovina asturiana de los valles afectados pro hipertrofia muscular provocada por una deleci\u00f3n de 11pb en el gen de la miostatina, frente a animales normales . El segundo objetivo es la identificaci\u00f3n de los genes que se expresan.  diferencialmente y por \u00faltimo la relaci\u00f3n de estos genes y las rutas metab\u00f3licas en las que participan con la aparici\u00f3n de hipertrofia muscular.  para ello se utiliza la t\u00e9cnica de estudio de expresi\u00f3n diferencial \u00abdiferencial display\u00bby se comprueban los resultados mediante la t\u00e9cnica de \u00abpcr cuantitativa\u00bb.  las muestras que se utilizan son m\u00fasculos de animales de la raza asturiana de los valles de los tres genotipos posibles para la deleci\u00f3n 11.Se detectan genes que se expresan de manera distinta en los animales con hipertrofia con respecto a los normales.Algunos genes surgen un aumento de expresi\u00f3n y otros presentan una disminuci\u00f3n.  los genes encontrados est\u00e1n relacionados con transducci\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales, metabolismo de l\u00edpidos , ciclo celular, diferenciaci\u00f3n de m\u00fasculo y metabolismo energetico.Se consigue tener una visi\u00f3n general de las rutas activadas en el m\u00fasculo esquel\u00e9tico diferencial de otros genes con funciones poco conocidas o desconocidos totalmente, que abren nuevas v\u00edas en el estudio de la hipertrofia muscular bovina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Identificaci\u00f3n de genes con expresi\u00f3n diferencial en tejido muscular de bovinos pertenecientes a los genotipos de la miostatina (mutaci\u00f3n nt821(del 11))<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Identificaci\u00f3n de genes con expresi\u00f3n diferencial en tejido muscular de bovinos pertenecientes a los genotipos de la miostatina (mutaci\u00f3n nt821(del 11)) <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Calonge Errejon M.
