Francisco Monge Ivars <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se presenta un modelo estoc\u00e1stico tres etapas 0-1 mixto para formalizar matem\u00e1ticamente el problema de localizaci\u00f3n de routers en una red de telecomunicaciones y el enrutamiento de paquetes a trav\u00e9s de la red, bajo un ambiente de incertidumbre. la estocasticidad en el flujo de entrada  a los nodos origen  est\u00e1  representada por  un conjunto de escenarios representativos.  se expone la complejidad del problema tratado  y la imposibilidad  de obtener soluciones exactas en problemas de medianas dimensiones.  se presenta un algoritmo heur\u00edstico, combinaci\u00f3n de un procedimiento  de generaci\u00f3n de columnas y un algoritmo gen\u00e9tico,  para la resoluci\u00f3n del problema.  se concluye indicando el inter\u00e9s del problema tratado y su modelizaci\u00f3n como alternativa a los procedimientos habituales de resoluci\u00f3n del problema mediante simulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
