Eugenia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La prueba del software es un proceso de verificaci\u00f3n y validaci\u00f3n caro pero fundamental para asegurar su calidad. El objetivo de los m\u00e9todos de generaci\u00f3n de casos de prueba es obtener un conjunto de casos de prueba que permitan realizar una prueba suficiente (eficacia) y cuyo coste sea aceptable (eficiencia).  puesto que la generaci\u00f3n manual de casos de prueba es una tarea muy costosa y adem\u00e1s, a medida que el sistema aumenta, su eficacia suele disminuir, un aspecto muy importante de la prueba que necesita ser automatizado es la generaci\u00f3n de casos de prueba.  en esta tesis se desarrolla un nuevo m\u00e9todo de generaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de casos de prueba a partir del c\u00f3digo del programa y basado en la t\u00e9cnica metaheur\u00edstica denominada \u00abb\u00fasqueda tab\u00fa\u00bb. Este m\u00e9todo es capaz de, con ligeras variaciones, generar autom\u00e1ticamente casos de prueba para varios criterios estructurales: cobertura de ramas, cobertura de condici\u00f3n\/decisi\u00f3n, cobertura de bucles y prueba del camino b\u00e1sico.
