En una segunda fase, se destruyo el sistema monoaminergico espinal lumbosacro, tras la administracion intratecal de neurotoxinas noradrenergicas y serotonergicas (6 oh-da y 5,6 dht). La administracion de 6 ohda 2 dias antes de la desaferenciacion retraso el comienzo de la autotomia y la administracion de 5,6 dht 14 dias antes de la desaferenciacion, disminuyo el curso temporal y el porcentaje de animales con alta autotomia.  en una tercera fase, se observo que la activacion de los receptores serotonergicos espinales 5-ht1a, 5-ht1c y 5-ht3 disminuyo la conducta de la autotomia y la activacion de los 5-ht2 y 5-ht1b\/1c la aumento, esto se logro mediante la administracion intratecal de agonistas serotonergicos selectivos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
