El primer estudio consisti\u00f3 en dos per\u00edodos consecutivosde intervenci\u00f3n,de dos meses cada uno; durante el primer periodo, las mujeres, tomaron  l diario de un agua mineral control (con bajo contenido en minerales) y durante el segundo tomaron el agua mineral bicarbonatada s\u00f3dica objeto del estudio. No se interven\u00eda en el  resto de la dieta. Se midi\u00f3 el peso, la talla y se determin\u00f3 en suero: colesterol total, hdl-colesterol, ldl-colesterol, triglic\u00e9ridos, apolipoprote\u00edna al, apolipoprote\u00edna b, las mol\u00e9culas solubles de-,  adhesi\u00f3n intercelular 1 (sicam-l) y de adhesi\u00f3n vascular 1 (svcam-i), glucosa y los marcadores bioqu\u00edmicos \u00f3seos de formaci\u00f3n (pinp) y resorci\u00f3n (beta-ctx). Al final del cada periodo se recogi\u00f3 orina de 24 h para determinar: ph, volumen, calcio, magnesio, f\u00f3sforo, sodio, potasio, cloruro. El segundo estudio era un ensayo cruzado aleatorizado con tres aguas: las dos aguas utilizadas en el  estudio anterior y otro agua mineral carb\u00f3nica cuya \u00fanica diferencia con el agua carb\u00f3nica del estudio anterior era que conten\u00eda menos fluoruro. dichas aguas deb\u00edan. Beberse con una comida est\u00e1ndar rica en grasa. Se tomaron muestras de sangre en el tiempo basal y a ciertos tiempos postprandiales. se determinaron: colesterol total y triglic\u00e9ridos en suero y quilomicrones,  c01ecistoquinina,glucosa, insulina y aldosterona. Adem\u00e1s, se recog\u00ed\u00f3-la orina de las 8 h que duro el tiempo prosprandial yen ella se analiz\u00f3 volumen, calcio, magnesio, f\u00f3sforo, sodio,potasio, c1ornro y ph.  conclusiones:  1.-
