En este trabajo se han sintetizado las muestras. Se ha realizado el an\u00e1lisis de la estructura cristalina, de la composici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica y el an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9rmico diferencial. Tambi\u00e9n se han determinado las prop\u00ededades el\u00e9ctricas y \u00f3pticas a temperatura ambiente. Se ha calculado la funci\u00f3n y las transiciones energ\u00e9ticas de la estructura electr\u00f3nica del sistema mediante la t\u00e9cnica de elipsometr\u00eda.  el tipo de conductividad, las energias electr\u00f3nicas de transici\u00f3n y los par\u00e1metros de red (a,b) presentan dos regiones de comportamiento claramente diferenciadas para valores de composici\u00f3n x menores que 0.4 (tipo n) y para valores x mayores que 0.6 (tipo p). Los resultados del trabajo son de gran inter\u00e9s para la industria fotovoltaica y optoelectr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
