Se han desarrollado tres sensores sin renovaci\u00f3n de la superficie sensora basados en la ubicaci\u00f3n de un volumen adecuado de una suspensi\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea de part\u00edculas en una c\u00e9lula de flujo de un detector espectrosc\u00f3pico. Una vez finalizado el an\u00e1lisis, es decir, desarrollada la se\u00f1al anal\u00edtica, se procede a la regeneraci\u00f3n del sensor con una disoluci\u00f3n eluyente adecuada. Los siete sensores con renovaci\u00f3n de la superficie sensora desarrollados est\u00e1n basados en el concepto de espectroscop\u00eda con inyecci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas o microesferas (\u00abbead injection spectroscopy\u00bb), el cual se basa en la inyecci\u00f3n de un volumen exacto de una suspensi\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea de part\u00edculas en un sistema de an\u00e1lisis por inyecci\u00f3n en flujo con detecci\u00f3n espectrosc\u00f3pica molecular. Al final del an\u00e1lisis las part\u00edculas son desechadas invirtiendo el sentido del flujo y expulsadas fuera del sistema de forma autom\u00e1tica, reemplaz\u00e1ndose as\u00ed la superficie sensora tras cada medida mediante una nueva inyecci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas. En todos los casos se ha realizado un amplio estudio de las variables experimentales que pueden afectar a este tipo de sensores. A continuaci\u00f3n se calibraron los sensores, encontr\u00e1ndose la ecuaci\u00f3n de calibraci\u00f3n que permit\u00eda relacionar los valores de las se\u00f1ales anal\u00edticas con la concentraci\u00f3n de analito. Los estudios de interferencias se realizaron para conocer la respuesta del sensor en presencia de los compuestos org\u00e1nicos e inorg\u00e1nicos que generalmente acompa\u00f1an a los analitos en las muestras reales a las que se aplicar\u00e1n los sensores.
