En este sentido, en esta tesis se han desarrollado nuevos procedimientos que permiten la s\u00edntesis de amino\u00e1cidos c\u00edclicos fluorados y sus derivados con enlace pept\u00eddico, lactamas fluoradas. Para ello se han utilizado secuencias sint\u00e9ticas en las que el paso clave es una reacci\u00f3n de met\u00e1tesis, bien con cierre de anillo (rcm) o cruzada (cm).El trabajo consta de tres cap\u00edtulos: cap\u00edtulo 1: s\u00edntesis de e-lactamas fluoradas mediante met\u00e1tesis con cierre de anillo (rcm).En este cap\u00edtulo se han sintetizado derivados monoinsaturados a, a-difluorados de e-caprolactama  utilizando la reacci\u00f3n de met\u00e1tesis con cierre de anillo (rcm) como etapa clave del proceso. Adem\u00e1s en este cap\u00edtulo tambi\u00e9n se ha estudiado la secuencia rcm-isomerizaci\u00f3n que conduce a las correspondientes enamidas c\u00edclicas de 7 miembros.Cap\u00edtulo 2: aplicaci\u00f3n de la reacci\u00f3n de met\u00e1tesis cruzada a la s\u00edntesis de b-amino\u00e1cidos c\u00edclicos g,g-difluorados.Este cap\u00edtulo consta de dos partes: en la primera se ha estudiado la reactividad de cloruros de imido\u00edlo fluorados en reacciones de met\u00e1tesis cruzada (cm) con distintos tipos de sustratos olef\u00ednicos. En la segunda parte se han aplicado las mejores condiciones a la s\u00edntesis de b-amino\u00e1cidos c\u00edclicos g,g-difluorados. La secuencia sint\u00e9tica consisti\u00f3 en una reacci\u00f3n de met\u00e1tesis cruzada entre cloruros de imido\u00edlo y \u00e9steres monoinsaturados, seguida de reducci\u00f3n del doble enlace, ciclaci\u00f3n intramolecular y reducci\u00f3n de la funci\u00f3n imino\/enamino, lo que di\u00f3 lugar a los derivados c\u00edclicos de los b-amino\u00e1cidos fluorados objetivo.Cap\u00edtulo 3:
