El prop\u00f3sito de esta tesis es el estudio de las propiedades de algunas de las resonancias mes\u00f3nicas m\u00e1s ligeras (sigma, kappa, rho, phi) en materia nuclear.  la estrategia utilizada consiste en partir de modelos di\u00e1micos fiables que describen las propiedades de estas resonancias mes\u00f3nicas en el vac\u00edo e incorporar los efectos del medio nuclear a trav\u00e9s del acoplamiento a los mesones pseudoescalares pi\u00f3n y ka\u00f3n, que experimentan cambios notables en el medio nuclear. Los modelos quirales y unitarios en canales acoplados describen apropiadamente la fenomenolog\u00eda de las interacciones mes\u00f3n mes\u00f3n, preservan la estructura anal\u00edtica de las amplitudes de dispersi\u00f3n en las que las resonancias mes\u00f3nicas estudiadas se manifiestan como polos, y cumplen las restricciones de bajas energ\u00edas de la teor\u00eda quiral de perturbaciones sobre las amplitudes y observables f\u00edsicos.  los efectos del medio nuclear se incorporan en las autoenerg\u00edas de los mesones pseudoescalares pi\u00f3n y ka\u00f3n, que se obtienen mediate t\u00e9cnicas est\u00e1ndar de teor\u00eda cu\u00e1ntica de muchos cuerpos. Con esto se tienen en cuenta diversos canales de desintegraci\u00f3n de las resonancias mes\u00f3nicas en el medio nuclear, con relevante impacto sobre sus propiedades espectrales.  en el sector escalar hemos obtenido reducciones considerables en las masas de los mesones kappa y sigma en materia nuclear, alcanzando valores cercanos a los umbrales de desintegraci\u00f3n a ka\u00f3n pi\u00f3n y pi\u00f3n pi\u00f3n, respectivamente. las anchuras de desintegraci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n disminuyen notablemente conforme aumenta la densidad nuclear, debido al reducido espacio de fase disponible para
