Elena <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se realizo el estudio farmacologico de cuatro derivados de la tetralona (qf 104:  3-(4-(p-fluorobenzoll)-n-piperidinillmetil)-1-tetralona, hidrocloruro, qf 105.  2-(n4-(3-p-fluorobenzoilpropil)-n1-piperazinilmetil) -1-tetralina, hidrocloruro; qf 100:  3-(n4-o-metoxifenil-n1-piperazinilmetil)-1- tetralona, hidrocloruro y qf 103:  3-(n4-(3-p-fluorobenzoilpropil)-n1-piperazinilmetil)-6-flu oro-1-tetralona, hidrobromuro) que por su estructura quimica poseen los requisitos esenciales para poder interaccionar con receptores de dopamina y 5-ht2. Los estudios de fijacion mostraron que las cuatro moleculas ensayadas exhiben afinidad por los receptores d2(pki) 7.11-8.19) y d1 estriales (pki 5.88-6.60); asi como por los receptores 5 ht2 del cortex (pki 6.48-8.80). Las moleculas que portan en su estructura dos farmacoforos butirogenonicos; ya sean rigido y el otro semirrigido (qf 104) o bien uno semirrigido y el otro flexible (qf 103), son las que se mostraron mas activas en el test de la actividad motora espontanea (% red. Del 68 y 64.6%, 2 mg\/kg), en el antagonismo de la hipermotilidad inducida por anfetamina (% red. Del 90.7 y 67.4%, 8 mg\/kg), el antagonismo de la respuesta condicionada de evitacion (% inh. Del 44, y 23.3%, 2 mg\/kg) y el antagonismo de las estereotipias inducidas por apomorfina. Las otras dos moleculas qf 100 y qf 105, que poseen solamente un farmacoforo butirofenonico, exhiben una menor actividad, con la excepcion del ultimo ensayo. En todos los casos, la potencia observada en los test predictivos de una posible actividad antipsicotica fue ligeramente inferior a la exhibida por el haloperidol. En los test realizados con la finalidad de evaluar la potencial induccion de eps, las nuevas moleculas no indujeron catalepsia ni tampoco incoordinacion motora en los animales de experimentacion, sin embargo, inducen relajacion muscular, con unas de50 de 2.4 y 3.5 mg\/kg, para las qf 104 y qf 103 respectivamente.
