Victoria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La integrasa del tn21 es una recombinasa sitio especifica de la familia de la integrasa del fago  . Se ha determinado la estructura general del sitio de recombinacion reconocido por dicha integrasa con alta frecuencia (al cual se ha denominado att21). Asi como la de su sitio minimo de accion. Att21 es una secuencia poco conservada de un tama\u00f1o variable que oscila entre 50-120 nucleotidos. Es un palindrome imperfecto capaz de adoptar una cierta estructura secundaria en la que se observan las siguientes regiones: &#8211; region i: dos pentanucleotidos (cuyo consenso es gwtmw) externos. &#8211; Region ii: dos pentanucleotidos consenso internos, a 3-6 bases de los primeros. &#8211; Region iii: region rica en 6-c (estabilizacion de la estructura secundaria). &#8211; Region iv: variable entre los distintos sitios att21 (tanto en secuencia como en longitud). El sitio minimo de accion de la integrasa constaria de una unica copia del pentanucleotido consenso y se le ha denominado sitio secundario. Se utiliza por la integrasa con baja frecuencia.
