En resumen:  &#8211; hemos determinado el recubrimiento de co en funci\u00f3n del potencial de admisi\u00f3n utilizando voltametr\u00eda c\u00edclica combinada con el m\u00e9todo de desplazamiento de carga por co y de correcci\u00f3n exacta de doble capa para las superficies basales del pt, as\u00ed como para pt policristalino.  -hemos estudiado para el pt (111) y pt (100) la variaci\u00f3n de las bandas de ir en funci\u00f3n del potencial y, a potencial constante, en funci\u00f3n del grado de saturaci\u00f3n de co en la disoluci\u00f3n, tomando espectros diferenciales a intervalos constantes de tiempo a medida que se satura con co la disoluci\u00f3n, o que el co se elimina de la misma burbujeando nitr\u00f3geno.  las principales conclusiones que se extraen de esta tesis son las siguientes:  -en el caso del pt (111) y del pt (100) hemos podido demostrar que el recubrimiento m\u00e1ximo de co (igual a 0,75 ml, en el caso de pt (111), pero desconocido en el caso del pt (100) s\u00f3lo se puede alcanzar en presencia de co en disoluci\u00f3n, mientras que, en disoluciones libres de co, hemos cuantificado que el recubrimiento m\u00e1ximo es de 0,68 para pt (111) y de 0,78 para pt (100). Se ha observado mediante la evoluci\u00f3n de las bandas del co en ftirs que existen los siguientes equilibrios reversibles:  pt(111)-co (  co= 0,68) + codis   pt(111)-co (co = 0,75) pt(100)-co (  co = 0, 78) + codis   pt(100)-co ( co = m\u00e1x)  -para todas las superficies, el recubrimiento m\u00e1ximo de co en  ausencia de co en la disoluci\u00f3n, se alcanza s\u00f3lo si el potencial de
