nuevo m\u00e9todo para la determinaci\u00f3n del coeficiente de resistencia aerodin\u00e1mica , a partir de la medida de la velocidad en la estela, utilizando la t\u00e9cnica de velocimetr\u00eda de im\u00e1genes de part\u00edculas , conocida como piv.  la novedad del m\u00e9todo radica justamente en la determinaci\u00f3n del coeficiente de resistencia aerodin\u00e1mica utilizando la t\u00e9cnica piv, la cual se utiliza habitualmente para medir la velocidad local de flujos.La ventaja del m\u00e9todo propuesto , frente a los convencionales , es que la t\u00e9cnica piv es no intrusiva y adem\u00e1s permite medir simult\u00e1neamente la distribuci\u00f3n de velocidades en un plano de la estela.  experimentos realizados con varios cilindros y placas han permitido acreditar el m\u00e9todo propuesto como apropiado para la medida del coeficiente de resistencia, pues los resultados obtenidos concuerdan con los rese\u00f1ados en la bibliograf\u00eda , obtenidos por otros
