Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la expresion de los genes c-myc y myb en un modelo celular de leucemia mieloide cronica (k562) en el que las celulas pueden ser inducidas a diferenciarse a linea eritroide o mielomonocitica. Se ha encontrado que la disminucion en la expresion de c-myc y myb no es obligatoria para la parada proliferativa ni la diferenciacion reversible. El patron de expresion de myb es similar en general al de c-myc. Se han obtenido transfectantes de celulas k562 que sobreexpresan ectopicamente el gen c-myc bajo el promotor de la metalotioneina inducible por zinc a pesar de la sobreexpresion ectopica de c-myc no se modifica la diferenciacion terminal mielomonocitica de las celulas k562.
