Pel\u00e1ez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La memoria de esta tesis afronta el problema de la degradaci\u00f3n de los amplificadores operacionales construidos en tecnolog\u00eda bipolar cuando son irradiados con neutrones r\u00e1pidos.Este tipo de radiaci\u00f3n produce da\u00f1o por desplazamiento en la red cirstalina del semiconductor, hecho que conduce a la degradaci\u00f3n de los componentes internos.Al estar relacionados con \u00e9stos , se prev\u00e9 una modificaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros el\u00e9ctricos externos de los amplificadores operacionales.  este hecho ha sido comprobado de forma experimental en amplicadores operacionales comerciales en una fuente de neutrones especialmente dedicada.Para ello, se dise\u00f1o un sistema autom\u00e1tico de caracterizaci\u00f3n,que fue optimizado para realizar un seguimiento exhaustivo de los par\u00e1metros durante el proceso de irradiaci\u00f3n.  asimismo, se decidi\u00f3 extrapolar los rasultados obtenidos en los amplificadores opreacionales a aquellos dispositivos en los que se hubiese integrado alg\u00fan amplificador de este tipo.Estos componentes fueron los amplificadores de instrumentaci\u00f3n,integrados generalmente por tres amplificadores operacionales; referencias de tensi\u00f3nk, enlos que  el amplirficador desempe\u00f1a un papel importante para mejorar las caracteristicas de salida; finalmente, se estudaron los conversores d\/a, en los que existe tanto un amplificadro operacional encargado de convertir corriente en tensi\u00f3n como una referencia interna de tensi\u00f3n.En general, los resultados
