Tras una completa revision de los modelos de colas existentes, se plantea y resuelve un modelo mas flexible y general de los desarrollados hasta el momento, con un unico servidor y con distribuciones de llegada y servicio tipo erlang.  posteriormente se ha probado mediante estudios de campo que la formulacion de la tasa obtenida de este modelo se ajusta a la realidad. La solucion de la cola, finita\/infita, erlang-k\/ erlang-q se realiza, ante la dificultad de la resolucion de las ecuaciones compactas obtenidas mediante la tecnica de simulacion, a traves de un
