<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo de la presente tesis doctoral es la s\u00edntesis de nuevos sorbentes en extracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida (spe) con el prop\u00f3sito de mejorar los sorbentes disponibles, los cuales presentan limitaciones en la extracci\u00f3n de compuestos polares en matrices acuosas.  con esta finalidad se han desarrollado cinco series de sorbentes, los cuales combinan adecuadamente las propiedades de sorbentes polim\u00e9ricos, polares y con elevada superficie de contacto.  las propiedades de retenci\u00f3n de los sorbentes se han evaluado y comparado, con otros sorbentes de caracter\u00edsticas similares, mediante spe acoplado en l\u00ednea a cromatografia de l\u00edquidos para un conjunto de analitos polares. de esta evaluaci\u00f3n, se concluye que en la interacci\u00f3n de los sorbentes con los analitos interviene la hidrofilicidad, la elevada \u00e1rea superficial y la morfolog\u00eda porosa del sorbente.  otro aspecto es la aplicaci\u00f3n de dichos sorbentes en la determinaci\u00f3n de compuestos polares en diversas muestras acuosas naturales, con la posterior determinaci\u00f3n de los par\u00e1metros anal\u00edticos
