<strong>  Romo Argota Juan  Antonio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha desarrollado un nuevo modelo estad\u00edstico a largo plazo (estad\u00edsticas de series de muestras con m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os de antig\u00ed\u00bcedad) para la predicci\u00f3n de la atenuaci\u00f3n debida a la lluvia en la comunidad aut\u00f3noma vasca (cav) aplicable a los c\u00e1lculos de los m\u00e1rgenes brutos por desvanecimiento en el dise\u00f1o y planificaci\u00f3n de los servicios de radiocomunicaciones terrenales punto a punto y de acceso de banda ancha punto a multipunto y de los servicios de radiocomunicaciones espaciales fijo, m\u00f3vil y de radiodifusi\u00f3n que operen en bandas de frecuencias superiores a 10 gigahertzios, alternativo al recomendado por la uni\u00f3n internacional de telecomunicaciones sector radio para su aplicaci\u00f3n en la zona geogr\u00e1fica de la cav.  se ha realizado un estudio, an\u00e1lisis y caracterizaci\u00f3n del comportamiento a largo plazo de la variabilidad espacial y temporal de las intensidades de lluvia en la cav, estableci\u00e9ndose un mecanismo de predicci\u00f3n espacial de las variables pluviom\u00e9tricas en la cav, aplicable a la planificaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica de la propagaci\u00f3n radioel\u00e9ctrica en los sistemas en bandas superiores a 10 gigahertzios que utilizan t\u00e9cnicas de contramedidas de desvanecimientos, f.M.T., Tales como diversidad de emplazamientos, diversidad de rutas o t\u00e9cnicas de gesti\u00f3n de recursos a bordo de sat\u00e9lites de comunicaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
