Tambi\u00e9n se examina el proceos de homogeneizaci\u00f3n cultural llevado a cabo por el imperio brit\u00e1nico y los nacionalistas posteriormente.  la segunda parte analiza la construcci\u00f3n de la cultra queer en la india contempor\u00e1nea dentro del arte y del activismo. El estudio se centra en las dos \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas del s. Xx y los primeros a\u00f1os del nuevo milenium, y sigue los pasos de los pioneros y los hitos conseguidos por \u00e9stos en el terreno art\u00edstico (literatura, cine..) Y en el activismo (formaci\u00f3n de identidades, condiciones, ..)
