obtenido y caracterizado 3 vidrios sol-gel con 25% en moles de cao y contenido de sio2+p2o5: 75+0; 72,5 + 2.5 y 70 +5, respectivamente .Asimismo, se ha estudiado su comportamiento in vitro en un fluido corporal simulado, sbf.En los vidrios con f\u00f3sforo, este elemento se une al calcio formando peque\u00f1os n\u00facleos cristalinos, lo que modifica las propiedades de los vidrios , tanto las textuales (aumenta la superficie espec\u00edfica y disminuye el volumen y el di\u00e1metro de poro)como la bioactividad in vitro (menor reactividad inicial , mayor rapidez de cristalizaci\u00f3n de apatita).  la bioactividad de los vidrios se ha evaluado asimismo en tres nuevos protocolos in vitro: sbf din\u00e1mico , plasma inorg\u00e1nico carbonatado simulado, csip, y sbf enriquecido con alb\u00famina,sbf + alb.En din\u00e1mico , la capa obtenida es m\u00e1s gruesa y la relaci\u00f3n molar ca\/p menor.En csip, la crisalizaci\u00f3n de apatita se acelera pero la capa es m\u00e1s delgada.En sbf + alb la adsorci\u00f3n de alb\u00famina sobre los tres vidrios es casi instant\u00e1nea y dificultad la cristalizaci\u00f3n de la apatia.  se han realizado cultivos de osteoblastos de rata sobre los vidrios antes y despu\u00e9s de recubrirlos con una capa apatita.La biocompatibilidad de los vidrios fue buena, aumentando con el contenido en f\u00f3sforo , y muy buena la de los vidrios recubiertos de apatia.  finalmente , se han obtenido h\u00edbridos org\u00e1nicos-inorg\u00e1nicos a\u00f1adiendo pval a los vidrios sol-gel.El pval facilit\u00f3 la obtenci\u00f3n monolitos , mientrasa que el p2o5 dificult\u00f3 la s\u00edntesis y redujo la bioactividad.El aumento de pval y p2o5 increment\u00f3 la degradaci\u00f3n in vitro.En los h\u00edbridos con mayor degradaci\u00f3n no se form\u00f3 apatita.Adem\u00e1s , estos h\u00edbridos pueden utilizarse para obtener vidrios con porosidad controlada tras la eliminaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica del pval (agente
