Estas dietas fueron proporcionadas a alevines y adultos de trucha para medirles: crecimiento, indices nutritivos, analisis bioquimicos de musculos, parametros sanguineos y determinaciones de: proteinas, lipidos, carbohidratos, vitaminas, minerales, aminoacidos, acidos grasos, entre otros. Las dietas fueron comparadas con blancos y un alimento comercial, el resultado es satisfactorio.
