{"id":73060,"date":"2005-07-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-07-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudios-en-triazoloazinas-sa%c2%adntesis-de-ligandos-polinitrogenados\/"},"modified":"2005-07-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2005-07-03T00:00:00","slug":"estudios-en-triazoloazinas-sa%c2%adntesis-de-ligandos-polinitrogenados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/estudios-en-triazoloazinas-sa%c2%adntesis-de-ligandos-polinitrogenados\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudios en triazoloazinas. s\u00edntesis de ligandos polinitrogenados"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mimoun Chadlaoui <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la s\u00edntesis y reactividad de la [1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-c]pirimidina con electr\u00f3filos y nucleofilos.La reacci\u00f3n con electrofilos es la apertura del anillo de triazol.Con \u00e1cidos fuertes, se protona en c6 y reacciona posteriormente de forma compleja.Con nucleofilos se abre el anillo de pirimidina.Se han sintetizado numerosos ligandos polinitrogenados basados en el nucleo de triazolopiridinas a trav\u00e9s de reacciones de litiaci\u00f3n y reacci\u00f3n con 2-cianopiridina , picolinato de etilo y 2,6 -piridil dicarboxilato de etilo.Con algunos de los ligandos preparados, se han estudiado sus propiedades complejantes con metales de transicion.Se ha encontrado un sensor fluorescente de cationes y aniones. Se ha descubierto una familia de ligandos que genera con cu(ii) un compuesto polinuclear con estructura de cubano  y se ha iniciado el estudio de coordinacion de un sistema estructuralmente semejante
