Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se pretende inducir la creacion de un modelo experimental de vrp en conejos mediante la inyeccion intravitrea de un plasma que contiene plaquetas y leucocitos, y para ello se realizan seis series (61 animales) en las cuales se varian las concentraciones de ambos tipos celulares a inyectar, previa desestructuracion vitrea con sf6.  paralelamente se realiza un grupo control en 10 animales a los cuales se les inyecta, tambien en camara vitrea, solucion salina balanceada (bss).  tras un estudio clinico, anatomopatologico y estadistico, se demuestra que al inyectar un \u00abplasma rico en plaquetas\u00bb al que se le a\u00f1aden concentraciones crecientes de leucocitos, el numero de dr asi como la intensidad de las lesiones encontradas aumenta significativamente.
