Victoria <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las aportaciones originales del estudio se pueden resumir en lo siguiente:  1.Que en el adipocito de la rata normal, el glp-1, como la insulina, estimula la actividad de ciertas quinasas, de las cuales, las mapks y alguna isoforma de la pkc podr\u00edan ser determinadas en su acci\u00f3n lipol\u00edticas; y que a diferencia con la insulina, un incremento en la activaci\u00f3n de la pi3k,mapks, pero no p70s6k,ser\u00eda esencial en su efecto lipog\u00e9nico.  2.Que los p\u00e9ptidos hom\u00f3logos del glp-1, ex -4 y ex9, ambos son mim\u00e9ticos del mismo en cuanto a su acci\u00f3n lipog\u00e9nica, la cual requiere un incremento en la actividad no s\u00f3lo de las mismas quinasas, sino tambi\u00e9n de la p70s6k.Y que de las dos exendinas, s\u00f3lo la ex -4 es lipol\u00edtica, pero a diferencia del glp-1 , en su acci\u00f3n no participa la p70s6k.  3.Que en el adipocito de un modelo experimental de diabetes tipo 2 en la rata,no s\u00f3lo la actividad basal de la pi3k es mayor que en el animal normal, sino tambi\u00e9n el nivel incducido por glp-1.Adem\u00e1s , a diferencia con la rata normal, el glp-1 estimula la actividad pkb, pero no modifica la de la p70s6k ni , al igual que la insulina, la de las mapks .Y que el efecto lipol\u00edtico del glp-1 y de la ex -4 est\u00e1 mantenido pero, a diferencia con la insulina, las c\u00e9lulas son insensibles a ambos con relaci\u00f3n a la lipog\u00e9nesis<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Caracter\u00edsticas de acci\u00f3n del glp-1 sobre el metabolismo lip\u00eddico, en el adipocito de la rata normal y diab\u00e9tica.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Caracter\u00edsticas de acci\u00f3n del glp-1 sobre el metabolismo lip\u00eddico, en el adipocito de la rata normal y diab\u00e9tica. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Trigo Galv\u00e1n M.
