El estudio espectroscopico en fase homogenea revelo que la molecula sufre la desprotonacion del grupo -nh, y la protonacion del grupo carbonilo aislado, en medios de baja y alta acidez respectivamente. Su proceso de adsorcion se interpreta considerando que la molecula se adsorbe plana, producto de una cierta transferencia parcial de carga hacia el hg.  en esta linea, se ha desarrollado una descripcion mecano-cuantica que permite correlacionar la capacidad donadora de carga, de moleculas con estructura analoga a la del ap, con el coeficiente de transferenica parcial de carga experimental ( ). Asimismo se ha llevado a cabo un estudio del efecto mutuo entre los adsorbatos: ap y c1-.  el efecto del c1- sobre el ap se traduce en una disminucion de  ap y una reorientacion de la molecula organica, mientras que en dichas condiciones el ap provoca un aumento de  ci-. La reduccion electroquimica del ap en medios acidos (ph&lt;1) transcurre segun un mecanismo ec. La etapa de transferencia de carga (e) es el resultado de una serie de etapas de: transferencia electronicas, protonaciones y redistribuciones moleculares distribuidas segun un esquema en escalera. La etapa quimica posterior (c) corresponde a una tautomeria enol-ceto sometida a una catalisis general acido-base. En los medios de ph 1 y cap 1mm, opera un mecanismo de inhibicion del tipo padre-hijo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Estudio del acoplamiento de
